Our vision for New Mexico is a healthy and thriving community where every birthing family has access to trusted, personalized support and where birthworkers are valued, resourced, and equipped to thrive. Through comprehensive, culturally-responsive training and mentorship, we support birthworkers to build sustainable practices that serve their unique needs and that of their communities. Our approach helps build high-quality, equitable perinatal care, especially in underserved, rural, and historically-excluded communities.
